Duke

Duke, the black Labradane Hound, may be a big boy, but underneath it all, he’s just a gentle giant adjusting to a new chapter in life. Recently moved to town with his family—who had visited often and had local friends—Duke found himself in a quiet home as the grown children had just left the nest. With all the changes, he was feeling anxious about being alone in a new space and needed a little extra support to settle in.

Over time, Duke started to relax and feel more comfortable at home, growing more confident in his surroundings. To help ease his transition, we even had a short stay with his friendly neighborhood dog buddy, giving them both companionship and reassurance. We’re so glad to be part of his journey!
